I often feel intimidated by the things I don’t know.  Last year I ran across this quote and I mention it in my #ILLibraries15 presentation.  I printed it out and it hangs over my desk at work.  It grabs me every time. It’s okay to not know something.  Don’t let it intimidate you, let it open new possibilities.
